Work Health and Safety Committee
The role of the Work Health and Safety Committee (WHSC) is to improve safety in our industry.
One of the current WHSC projects is the development of Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS). These important documents are an administrative control that allows supervisors and workers to confirm and monitor control measures for high risk activities.The WHSC has developed a comprehensive template and will begin producing SWMS for high risk work activities that will be made available to our industry.
